About JM Miller
JM Miller was born in a small town in Northern Indiana. He has been involved with the arts from a young age and attended an internship at the Snite Museum of Art at the university of Notre Dame at the age of 15. After high school, Miller and a friend drove down the east coast, a trip which would ignited his interest in photography as a fine art.
JM Miller is known for his work that addresses the isolation that comes with mental illness. Photography became an outlet as Joey battled with mental health and drug addiction during his college years, inspiring him to create his body of work..
JM studied 2 years at Columbia College Chicago but left to pursue photography full time, which led him to show his work around the world and with leading auction houses.
